About Sion Airport
Sion Airport (or SIR using the international airport abbreviation code) is located in Switzerland in the city of Sion in the Rhone Valley. Previously predominately used as a military airbase, the airport is now open to more commercial airlines giving visitors easier access to ski resorts in this area of the Rhone Valley.
